TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the email address associated with your order.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier's tracking system to update after your tracking number has been issued.
MULTIPLE ITEMS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items, your merchandise may arrive in separate packages.
Some items may be fulfilled and shipped from different facilities. Rather than holding your entire order while waiting for every item to become available for shipment, available items may be shipped separately.
If you receive your order and notice that not all items are inside the package, please do not be concerned. Your remaining item(s) may be arriving in a separate shipment.
Additional tracking information will be provided for separate shipments when available.

INCORRECT ITEM OR ORDER ISSUE

If you believe LawlessLuxe Boutique has sent you an incorrect item or there is another issue with your order that may have occurred on our side, please contact us promptly after receiving your package.
Order concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contacting us regarding an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund, return, exchange, or replacement.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances involving loss, theft, or damage while in transit may require an investigation or claim with the applicable carrier.
Please contact us promptly if you experience a delivery issue. Depending on the circumstances, you may also be required to submit documentation or a claim with FedEx, UPS, or the applicable carrier.
Please retain your shipping label, packaging, photographs, tracking information, and any other documentation relating to the shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers ordering outside of the United States may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
